You'd need a 750-850W (750W would be fine though) PSU. However, it's just a better option to get a single 1080 which wouldn't have any issues in games because some games just don't support crossfire and other game's implementations of it are less than ideal.

Why would you go 580 crossfire? Just get a 1080, and you need a better power supply, that cant handle that much load

Not to mention buying those right now are pretty impossible and a single rx580 might already cost the price of a GTX 1080 as seeing:

In our country rx580 is soo darn cheap its like buying candy . however power supplies are very expensive 750 watts power supply is almost $400///and in here every where there are rx580s lol... i got to knw that in other country that the card is out of supply
