Can anyone suggest a Graphics card that is Compatible for my ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 mobo?

It's got PCIE x16 2.0, so just about anything these days.  It'd be more dependent on your PSU, your preferred resolution and refresh rate, budget, etc.

Also case might be a factor if you have it stuck in something thinner than the average mid-tower case.

meh, 1050ti has poor value. just wait for cryptocurrencies to drop then pick up a 470.
