550W is enough,no need for Z170 motherboard with locked CPU, R5 is better than i5, also try to push for 570 if you can find one as its much better value.

An Rx 570, faster and better value that the 1050ti (Slightly more expensive though). Only problem is that it is hard to find at the moment.

I was able to bump up your graphics card, processor and RAM a bit while staying under your budget. I did drop down the motherboard by the tiniest, still a fantastic motherboard to say the least with a 500W power.

 

Your build is an i5 6600k, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, GeForce GTX 1060 and a Z170 motherboard.

Remove that pointless cooler (the 1600 already comes with a stock cooler that is as good as any ways) and get a 6gb GTX 1060 also get a single 1x8gb RAM stick and you're good to go.
