well, both are awesome. If you watch alot of videos though, the Note 3 will come in handy since it has a bigger screen. however, it costs around twice as much as the Nexus 5 does.

Galaxy Note 3 if you need the battery life that much, and if you have the money for it of course.

Once you try all the goodies the modern Android phones have, you will want them, trust me. Go Galaxy S4 if you like its gimmicks, or HTC One if you like dual front speakers and aluminium design.

I personally would say go with the Nexus 5, other than the speaker issue, it seems to be quite an awesome phone and it has good specs.

I have the Note 3 32GB model, I got it because I'm a video nutcase. The 32GB built-in memory is good, but couple with a 64GB microSD card, I have a good amount of memory for my 720P 2.5mbps to 3mbps vids. It's one of the most powerful Android phone out now, you can shoot in 1080P/60fps or 4K 30fps with its camera.....I don't think there's any other phone out now that can do that. Besides, for movies, I appreciate the 5.7" screen real estate.....my vote's for the Note 3. Nexus 5 if budget is a constraint.

Nexus 5 and if its to big for you hands I'd go for the Moto X.

Personally Moto X, because I can fully controll this device in one hand. Dealbreaker for me.
