H440 should have great airflow. So will the Corsair SPEC Alpha. I have the SPEC-02, and it can fit 2 140mm fans in front, 1+ the PSU in the bottom, two on top, and one in the back. I'm getting the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv, so I can let you know how the airflow is (probs not as good as the H440, but I'm gonna do a custom loop eventually).

do you want the case to be silence or just not super load? any regular case with quality fans wont sound like airplane. a bit noisy when playing heavy load games only.

if you want absolute silence case i wouldnt recommend any of the one you choose cuz of the side panel will leak noise.

cooling wont be a huge issue for both of the case. i7-7700k and 1070 are not toasters.

So if you dont mind minor noise, both case is fine. if you do, you need to look for silent cases.

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)
