Hey I currently have a i7 4790(second hand bought CPU), GTX 9602GB and 1x8GB 1600mhz Hyper X Red Series RAM.

I've been playing alot of PUGB, GTA5 and few other new games and I have seen experiencing a-lot of stuttering. I've had this issue for about a whole year but decided to ignore it since I had priorities and ect. Whilst I'm playing GTA5 Online, few minutes into game play I'm experiencing some FPS stuttering. I get a smooth 60fps then when I'm driving fast or when there's people shooting around me I start stuttering like crazy. All my graphics settings are on Normal with MSAA off, and grass and water quality to the minimum. It's been a year trying to figure out what the heck is going on, is it a software fault or hardware? My temps are normal and at an average. I look at my task manager and see that 70%-74% of my ram is being used while gaming. How could I fix this issue? Here are few clips:

GTA is known to use a lot of ram, i've never tried at the settings you're on, but at close to maxed out settings 1080p, usage for me can go up to 10-11Gb.

Oh well I cant seem to understand, why I'm stuttering to bad on a-lot of games? I see people on youtube with the same or lower spec than me and they seem to be running it fine.

theyre probably lowering the settings, 8gb of ram isnt enough in a lot of titles these days.

Greetings!

GTA V Has memory leaking issues, if you only have 8gb of ram you need to have 12gb or higher worth of pagefile (Virtal Memory) enable to ensure it won stutter after a while of gameplay, you do not need to upgrade the RAM all you have to do is ensure you have the pagefile enable with 12gb+.

You can however set it using HDD no need to set on SSD which is a plus.

Another games that has memory leaking issues and needs these 12gbs of pagefile to ensure it functions perfectly are Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and Mirror's Edge Catalyst, so it is good to leave it set like that or these games will also stutter or crash.

If you upgrade to 16gb of ram though, then this problem also is resolved without the need to increase pagefile.

Could that also explain why my disk usage is always at 100% when gaming?
