In ARS, Gammaxx 400 is $900 and Lucifer V2 is $1.200. In USD, it's about a $20 difference.

I would say it's worth it

Well, I plan to buy an i5-7600K or an i7-7700K and I've been looking for a CPU cooler at local stores, these are the most appealing (and affordable) ones I found:
1- Hyper 212 Evo http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/
2- Gammaxx 400 http://www.deepcool.com/product/cpucooler/2013-12/7_487.shtml
3- Lucifer V2 http://www.gamerstorm.com/product/CPUAIRCOOLER/2016-03/1287_4929.shtml
4- Maelstrom 120T http://www.deepcool.com/product/gamerstorm/2015-04/6_1822.shtml.
All could fit in my budget (and in my case), but I want to know which one is the best option, I hope you can help me and I'll appreciate all your advices (and suggestions).
By the way, I posted this here because it includes both topics "Air Cooling" and "Liquid and Exotic Cooling".

Maybe someone could suggest a Zalman CPU cooler because I found many, very cheap.

i5 7600k is not worth it, get a ryzen 1600 or 7700k. what is your budget for a cooler?

I can't get any Ryzen CPU because I already have a LGA 1151 motherboard. My budget is around $100.

It's been imposible for me to find BeQuiet! or Noctua CPU coolers for a good price... Between those 4 I mentioned, which one is better?
P.S: I just edited the AIO, it was Maelstrom 120T.

Have you looked into the bequiet! Pure Rock?

I can certainly recommend the Gammaxx 400. Good performance and the fan was quiet with my overclocked i5-4690K and i7-4790K both at 1.30V.

How much OC room does it provide (Gammaxx 400)??? And what temps?

My temp limit is 85C. The 400 gave my 4690K 4.4GHz @1.30V and my 4790K was, I believe, at 4.6GHz @1.30V as well.

Temps I can't remember off the top of my head. I do know that the PWM fan was kept at 40% with 80C temps, 35% for 70, 30% for 60, and 20% for 40C.

I don't plan to OC much far, I'm kinda new on this but I can learn.

I would go as far as you can. If you hit a wall with your temps, just lower it down a notch.

I see that you added an AIO to your OP at some point, have you looked into it? Have you looked into any of Corsair's AIO's?

As I said just before, Corsair AIOs are very overpriced here, in Argentina. If you say that something like the Gammaxx 400 gives you enough OC room, I'll go for an air cooler.

Go for it. What's the price vs the Lucifer as @nerdslayer1 mentioned?

The choice is yours. The size of the heatsink makes it able to cool more while the fan is at the same RPM.
