RGB Camper/Fifth Wheel; Camping in STYLE

I got myself a fancy new 5th wheel that looks something like this.

 

Over the last few months I have fallen love with LED and RGB lighting/strips. I have covered my setup at home with all the RGB style one could dream of. However, now that summer is approaching, Im going to be spending time away from home camping. Now for all the Performance over appearance guys out there, this inst that big of a deal, but I feel that leaving home without a rainbow of color following me is like going away without your dog. So...

 

I'm looking for any ideas or inspiration for what I could do, or what others have done to GLORIFY there camping experience with the best aesthetic improvement known to man, RGB LEDS. Budgets not a concern, but I wan't ideas from cheapest to grandest. Im interesting in using an Arudino/Pi for this, but it also needs to be simple enough so that my mom can turn it on and off.

I would just use an Arduino with like an IR remote to control the colors and stuff
