"NO SIGNAL" ERROR AND MOBO USB 3.0 NOT WORKING! HELP!

I built My computer 2 years ago and I decided to rewire to make my computer look nice. I bassicly unplugged all the wires connected to the motherboard and make them look neated by using cable management skills(not really skills just hiding them at the back of the case).I also took off the CPU and re-applied the thermalpaste and added a new CPU fan.The problem was when I turned on the computer the monitor wouldn't turn on so,I turned on the monitor myself and it gave me a "no signal" error. I was stumped for hours trying to fix the problem and along the way I noticed the motherboard USB 3.0 wasn't working. I decided to come here so people like you can help me. If you have any suggestions or fixes please feel free to leave a answer as I would greatly appreciate it.

I dont know if the USB 3.0 not working on the motherboard is related to my no signal error so please help me out there. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Other than that have a great day! :)

I tried taking out the GPU and putting it back in but that didn't work

I guess I'll make sure all the wires are plugged in correctly because I haven't done that yet.

Thank you for your response.I greatly appreciate it
