~300$ CAD GPU Range

Hi guys, I just wanted some advice on what kind of GPU would be best around this price range because I want to upgrade from my 7950 twin frozr which ive been using for around 3 years. Not really in a rush, so I'll probably be waiting on sales for any suggestions. Previous suggestions ive gotten were the 1060 6gb, RX580 (if i can even get one) and even cheap 970. Any input would be helpful! Thanks!

Used 980ti, new 1070 if you can stretch your budget a bit. Otherwise a 580 if you can find one or 1060.

That's the route I went in an inwin 301 (mATX, but still pretty small).  Already bought a 4k Freesync monitor, so all I need to do is run games at 4k with 40-60fps.

I'm in the same boat as you wanting to upgrade a 7950. Canadian prices do suck but If you are not in a rush, hold out a few more months for Vega to launch and see what that does to the current GPU market. You might be able to get a sweet deal on a RX570/RX580/GTX1060/GTX1070.
