Decent phone with high quality camera?

Hey everyone, i am wondering if there are any decent mobile phones on the market with a high resolution HD camera? I am looking for a replacement phone for my HTC Desire 310. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Any flagship will have a camera leaps and bounds better than your phone

Galaxy S7 is a good option.

Maybe wait for the Oneplus 5? 2 weeks until the announcement, and maybe another week until release.

LG Sunrise? I don't think that will be an upgrade.

look at your local used sites, you are not going to find much at that price point in Australia.

why not look into DSLR, even a low end used DSLR will outperform even the best smartphones.

Forget about a decent camera for AUD $150... If your budget is really tight maybe the Oppo A57? A$328 at JB Hi-Fi. but buying used would be a better route

Could get a Nexus 6P for under A$300, that would be a great choice. Alternatively, an Axon 7 Mini if you want new, they're around $450
