How Did This Happen?

dnf

So I was watching this video:

And somehow he got around 30 fps in GTA V with these specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
4GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia GT 640 2GB DDR3
300w PSU
Windows 7

Now he ran the game at normal settings with FXAA on...

And somehow when I play GTA V on my PC I get around 12 fps on super low graphics (modified setting file)....

My specs are in my signature.

anyway back to the english i would expect that the extra VRAM on the GT 640 helps and that RAM is most likely running at 800MHz which can help quite a bit

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

Please keep it English only. It's quite rude to talk in your own language in a public forum.
