It is a good deal in the sense that it is cheaper than normal. However, for sixty bucks you can get good sounding headphones and a cheap clip-on mic.

are they comfortable? do they fit nicely and not bleed to much sound? I am asking because My after glow headset (which is awesome for what I got it for) bleeds a lot of sound at the bottom of the cups

Sealed, and with a quick mod, very comfortable.

IF you have a big head then the headset is really uncomfortable and the earcups are a bit small.

Though for the price V2 is okay if we are talking gaming headset

Not bad but you're better off getting the M50 or something like the DT 770, 990 with e10.

EDIT: If you do buy it make sure it's an authorized retailer 6ave is the one selling for $60.34 and is fufilled by amazon, you might not get warranty on the headset. You're better off paying $50.94 if you look on the seller list from Amazon themselves whom I assume are authorized.

Actually, imo, the V2 is worth the 50-60 bucks so long as your'e not expecting them to last much longer than their warranty period.

well, if they're on discount, they're an alright buy. I've had three pairs of those, before I knew better, but I still hold my thoughts, that these are better than the majority of gaming headsets, when it comes to how they sound. they are also ridiculously comfortable. they don't leak much, but there are headphones that leak less, just saying. but overall, I'd say they're alright. but if you have the dough for it- closed headphones (Beyerdynamic DT770 32ohm if you can) with something like a zalman clip on mic will be better.
