What CPU should I buy

I want to build  new PC on which I could play some games ( like dark souls 2, ARK and Far cry 3) and use programs like Autocad 2015, Solid and some 3d modelling programs.

By budget is around 400-450 € but I dont know Which CPU, MB adn Gpu to choose and have enough money left for other components.

I hope you can reccomend me some builds or some good but cheam CPU/GPU

Solidworks and this is my first time building a pc and I don't know anybody to do this for me so i don't understand what and alder OEM build is

There are some shops selling pc components here for maybe 10-20 € more and I also have cousins in Austria and the Netherlands so I could order from there too

you don't need a quadro, OEM build is a prebuilt pc, you can find an older 3770 pc for cheap, for z gpu, a gtx 750ti or 970 should be more than enough.

Its very simple to do a search. Ive even spoken to

support and they wouldn't help me because i had a GTX card.

not really, most people other than render farms use GTX cards
