Me personally, I would get the Corsair SP120's http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181024 they look fantastic and they have great static pressure, they are made to be put on Rads

There aren't any reliable name brands that produce non-led red blades optimized for radiators or at least none that I know of

If you want quality go with noctua nf-f12

Also if you have red lighting in your case the creme color of the noctuas will blend in really well

You accidentally linked the AF120s which are more optimized for open environments like intakes

The only ones that come to mind is the Enermax Magma UC-MA12 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835214001 but I'm not sure if they have good static pressure to them or not.

The small blades with large gaps would allow for a lot of air leakage through the blades and therefore would result in poor performance with dense radiators

You could get Noctua fans which IMO are the best fans on the market and dye them. The NF-F12 or NF-P12 are the 2 best 120mm Noctua fans for static pressure.

Here's a link on how to dye them.

You can't pull the NF-F12s apart. The P12s can be though.

The only fans i know off that got red blades with decent static pressure are the enermax apollish vegas ones ,but they are end of life so not sure if you can still get those atm.

Phobya got red blades fans also like the Nano-G 12

Only other fan i know off is Aerocool shark but the static pressure isn't that great

These are fairly new, but Noiseblocker make some pretty good fans. The UK seems to be the only place that sells them as of now however...

Hey,

I recently tried out the NF-F12 on my H100 and was very disappointed, especially when you compare them with the Gentle Typhoon AP-15. The NF-F12 move less air and make more noise then the AP-15 at 12V.

Just get AP-15s and lower the voltage.
