Windows is preferred. The most taxing thing it would be doing is occasionally playing Gwent. Basically need it for social media, Netflix, and web browsing.

Dont know what gwent needs, doesnt sound to heavy.

Cheapest 14" thinkpad e470 with a full hd screen you can find, or the variant with the gt940mx is my recommendation. I have one sonce a few days and it turned out to be awesome
