Video card bottleneck?

will this video card(https://www.amazon.de/Gigabyte-GeForce-1050-Ti-Grafikkarte-128-Bit/dp/B01MEHGRMS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496433697&sr=8-1&keywords=Gigabyte+GeForce®+GTX+1050+Ti+OC%2C+4GB+GDDR5%2C+128-bit) be bottlenecked by this motherboard(https://www.amazon.de/MSI-Mainboard-970A-G43-PLUS-USB2-0/dp/B01ARHBG6W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496433781&sr=8-1&keywords=MSI+970A-G43+Plus%2C+Socket+AM3%2B)
I am kinda new to pc building and i don't know if the video card would reach its maximum potential on that mother board. The procesor is a AMD FX 8320, 3500MHz, 16MB, socket AM3+, Box

Nope. Modern mobos don't really bottleneck anything. And the RX470 is more powerful than the 1050 Ti, if you want to get that instead.
