Ummmm did something goes wrong, I booted into windows and it looks fine to me but that message looks like my drives were put into raid mode 

 

Help!?!?

Did you check which SATA port your drive is plugged into? Is it a port setup for RAID? At the same time check your BIOS. In the storage menu for SATA it may say something like SATA ports 0-3 Mode: RAID

Instead of Mode: AHCI

 

You mileage will vary I don't know how your specific BIOS works.

I checked and it said it was using ACHI mode
