AHK to OSX

I have some AHK popup scripts that I would like to give to a friend(nothing malicious, he has asked for them), However, he is using OSX, I have heard about IronAHK but it was last updated 6-7 yrs ago and was wondering if there was something more recent that he can use, or is there a converter of some sort that can convert it into a OSX suitable script.
