Time to upgrade?

Afternoon good peeps,

I'm thinking about upgrading current rig to a new shiney Ryzen build. I'm trying to stick to a black white and pink theme and I've been told the X370 mobos OC better with Ryzen. I'll be using the rig for AutoCAD, photoshop, some video editing and a couple of games. I would really like to stay under the $850 AUD mark and all I need to upgrade is my CPU, Mobo and ram. I'll most likely get the parts from MSY just due to saving a bit of shipping costs (Aust shipping isn't cheap).
I have a custom loop as well but PC part picker doesn't seem to include them for some reason.

Any suggestions to the build would be greatly appreciated.

yeah I'm not sure where you heard that the x370  overclocks better because i remember seeing a video that basically showed that they overclock basically the same as b350 boards.

x370 mobo's dont oc better than B350, bitwit has done a video about that
