I'm going to an interview soon and I'm shit at answering questions or generally talking to anyone I don't know literally anyone I rather not speak to people lol but I need help on 1 questions and that's is Do you have any questions for us ? 

 

Now i I have written some down but here what do I do so when they say do I have any questions do I say yeah let me just open my notebook or do I say yes and open the notebook at the same time I can't think of a good response before I open my notebook on the page of questions so what do I say and yeah this is how bad I am at public communication

Research the company before hand to get your questions.

Say yes and open your book - Which would give the interviewer a clue that your memory sucks.

Personally, I find good questions for the interviewer are those that are disguised as opportunities for them to brag about their organization or feel proud about what they and their company do, while at the same time giving them the impression that you are genuinely interested in their organization and have done your research into them (which hopefully you are). Pay particular attention to the type of products/services/technology that the company sells, and phrase your question in a way that allows them to humblebrag about it.

Some easy ones I always use are:

1. What opportunities for growth are there in your company?

2. What is the company's long term goal?

3. How would you describe the company's culture?

 

Questions such as these seem to cover some fairly basic but important information to help decide if the company is the right fit for you.

I always so no... or ask about specific things that could be an issue if the job is offered, like when the starting date would be or similar type stuff. 

But I am also bad at interviews and talking to people in general. Though I've only ever not gotten a job I have interviewed for once.

Other important questions to consider:

 

1.  Do you get a 15 minute smoke break every hour?

2.  Are donuts provided or is it in a sort of 'pot luck' style?

3.  Will there be at least 2 women that work there and hate each other?  Will they make you uncomfortable as they talk to you about each other, 10 times a day?

4.  Will there be an alpha male that is terrible at his job, but good at taking the credit of others?

5.  (To the interviewer) How long have you been with the company? How many of 'you' has the company been through in the past 5 years?

 

These questions are all equally important as they effect most work environments.
