Okay, so I have a NZXT s340 Elite, Hyper 212 Evo Red LED CPU cooler, and an Nvidia reference design 1080ti. The motherboard is the Gigabyte z270x Ultra Gaming, it has RGB lighting. Can I get some ideas for helping the aesthetics and just making it look better in general? I don't have issues with replacing some parts, such as the LED cooler but not the more expensive parts. Very open to ideas. It's a mashup of mismatched colours. HALP

You could get some custom PSU extensions from CableMod and swap the fan for a green LED fan, or just remove the LED fan on the CPU cooler all together and go for a plain fan.

Do you have a specific color in mind or scheme in mind?

cable extensions, cable managment, custom ssd sticker, and best of all: water cooler or fan without leds.

The SSD and the CPU cooler fan are the only things messing up the color scheme. Could you mount the SSD behind the motherboard or under the PSU shroud? If there are only 3.5" drive bays there, you could by a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter for your SSD. Also, get a non-led or green led fan for the cooler. If you want to, you could try something to make the top of the cpu cooling tower black, such as using some high-temp spray-paint.

@Rcarvalho21 as it was mentioned already, check out our basic extension kits. They're very affordable and can help take aesthetics up another level.

reference GTX looks old fashion, specially keeping the heat inside CPU cooler, you need some radiator to make it look cool. Why show that old SSD, just hide your NVM onboard, cover those old SSD's behind an SLi config . You only one cheap RGB strip, don't show the actual LED strip, only the halo, keeping everything black would be the best.

If you only go for the looks, i would go for ASUS only or EVGA only, not for Gigabyte, but that is a personal thing i guess....

Personally I think your ssd standing out like that looks good, breaks up the case a little bit. Like others have mentioned though, a big difference would to just be replacing the red led fan on your 212 to a green one. When your looking at fans for that though, make sure it's a high static pressure fan.

Also, I definitely recommend cablemod extensions. They do a really nice job of taking your build to the next level. It's such a small thing but they accent the build so well. The extensions are fairly cheap, although if you have the money and comparable psu, full cables are better.

Here is what i just finished building in my new NZXT s340 Elite. Couple cans of spray paint. Custom extensions. And a lot of patience.
