Good upgrade from my current build....

So I've done 2 builds.... one of them (which is my first one) really needs an upgrade from my Fx 8300 my full build is a fx 8300 16 gb ddr3 ram and a rx 470.... I just want to upgrade my CPU tho any good ideas I don't want to spend over $300

1600 + b350 mobo + 16gb ram.

 

It is over $300 but you can sell your current ddr3 and then you'd have enough.
