OC Help

I just tried OC'ing my i5 to 5GHz as I figured it could handle the temps, but it keeps sending me to a BSOD on startup so I had to keep it at 4.6GHz. I'm fairly new to overclocking so I'm not sure where to look to troubleshoot this issue, I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction, thanks in advance!

Not every processor can do the same clock. Because processors are binned, some can do better in OC than others.

so are you saying it just cant hit that clock and thats the only factor, not voltage or anything else?

Under load it hits around 55°C and im not sure about voltage but I'll check
