How to disable my push-to-talk from moving my browser pages?

So I currently am using a zowie ec1-a and I use my side mouse buttons as push-to-talk for discord and teamspeak but I'd like to keep them from activating the back/forward functions in Chrome without disabling them entirely

thats because what you just did is bind push to talk to the back/forward buttons on your mouse.
