FPS issue

FPS randomly drops no thermal throttling 8gb gddr5 gpu no vram issue either.

What are the rest of your specs?

what's the CPU usage and GPU usage at during gaming???

if both of them are at max then there's a bottleneck between both of at the drops either the GPU is too slow or the CPU is too slow.

guranteed theyre not too slow i play at 1440p and get still over 100 fps maxed on rainbow six and bf1

Its like randomly my game fps shit then i start rubberbanding.

it goes from 140 plus to 0 then back in under half a second but is random not constant.

If your CPU is at 100%, and the GPU is at 90. You have a CPU bottleneck.

No cpu is always lower.

What game? Do you notice any events that occur alongside the stutter such as drawing of distant objects?

A Rx 480 (according to the numbers I'm looking at on user benchmark) should be getting an average fps of 91.5 at 1440p, and  on BF1, so yea , drops below 100fps would be normal

FPs smooths out when i stream and isnt like this.

What game is giving you the problem, what resolution, and what are your settings.

The CPU shouldn't hit 100%, if it does you found the issue.
