i think more games should do what ashes is where u can have two non identical gpus even different architecture where they split up the rendering taskes like one will do antialising but the other will render.

Multi-threaded functions aren't feasible for everything. Things like a bullet traveling through the air can't be done piece-meal and have to be done in sequence. All we can hope for is that engines start allowing more cores to be used for functions that are multi-threaded and to balance out the single-threaded functions as evenly as possible.

That's part of the problem. Your IPC is the same as other Haswell CPU's but the loss in frequency means less calculations can be done per second/clock cycle.

I have Ashes of the Benchmark. That feature sucks. Even with two of the same card the hitching makes the game unplayable unless you have 6+ cores.
