A budget build for a friend

Good day!

So my friend needs an entry level budget build around $500 and he wants to do some light gaming, some FL Studio stuff and video editing. He wants a pc that can last long and upgradable soon. I hope you could help me assemble a build for my buddy.

Thanks in advance! :)

I set this up for someone who already had a case the other day, I'm sure you could throw a 570 in there to make $ for the case or whatever you feel is best https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jmBvQV

As stated, $500; our country is full of expensive pc parts, might as well order them to save my kidneys :)

your best bet is to find a deal on an OEM pc, add a GPU for gaming.

Could you recommend a case that is capable of (futureproofing if you will) upgrading the other parts without compromising space? Thank you! :)

I'd like to help you, but I have really expensive taste in cases, anything cheaper than the one I got didn't fit my criteria (even the one I got needed modifications tbh) maybe something like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tRfp99/deepcool-case-tesseractwh

"Response from builder about the "Potential Incompatibilities"

Hi, thanks! And yes, that warning is something you should keep in mind. For the G4560 to work in the H110 motherboard, the right BIOS is needed. If you'll be buying the board in a real shop and can check the serial number on the box, see my post for a trick to tell if the right BIOS is already installed. If you are ordering online, that's probably OK too, since new boards should now come with the right BIOS. But, if your board doesn't (if you somehow get older stock, for instance) then you'll need to update the BIOS yourself. There are a few ways to do this. All involve some hassle and expense. If you hit that problem when you eventually do your build, I'd be happy to help, but my guess is you won't and it'll all go smoothly."

I hope this helps you! Yes, you low budget PC Master Race!

The hidden content is the build someone built (redundant, right?) on a budget that is good right? Btw, thanks for the partlist though, it would make my friend very happy! :)

Yes the OP of the build I share to you permitted me to feature his build to this community, and you're welcome. Good luck with your friend too!

@Ordinarily_GreaterThis just came into mind, won't the cpu bottleneck the gpu?

My friend uses RX 460 on a Q9550, I think it won't bottleneck
