Hello Guys i would like to aks you if it´s worth to buy expensive Memory (in my case FlareX 16GB) for Ryzen or should i just buy a nomal kit that´s in my motherboards compatibility list (ROG Crosshair Hero VI) with the same timings and speed? With the money i would save when going with a normal kit i would buy a 1700x instead of a 1700

If it's in your compatibility list and is supported at their advertised speeds, then there is no point in paying extra.

I would say go off the QVL list of your motherboard, no point in getting Flare X if some other kit runs at the same speeds.

I will recommend you R7 1700 cause you can later watercooling and overclock it to have performance like R7 1800X and it comes with stock cooler and go with Ryzen optimized memory kits :\
