Hi i am Eddy and i am trying to build something on a budget around 700 $

and i found on a site similar to  E-bay in Romania (olx.ro)

a prebuild pc that sounds like that

CPU: 2 x Intel Xeon x5675  (3.46Ghz), 12 cores - 24 threads, 2 x 12MB Cache, TDP 95W
CPU Cooler: 2 x SilentiumPC Fera 3 HE1224 spc144
mother board: SuperMicro X8DTL-3F rev2.01 (server), Dual LGA 1333 Sockets DDR3, SATA II, port USB, dual Gigabit Lan, format ATX
Ram: 24GB (6x4GB) SAMSUNG CISCO PC3L-10600R REG ECC DDR3-1333, 1.35V
SSD 1: SanDisk SSD Ultra II 240GB SATA3
SSD 2: WD Green 240GB SATA 3
Surse: Modular Corsair RMx Series RM850x 850W 80 PLUS Gold
Case: Case Phanteks Eclipse P400S Tempered Glass White- silent, RGB, filter dust, 2 x USB 3.0
PCI audio: Asus Xonar DG 5.1
board PCI: 6 ports USB 3.0 and 1 port USB 3.1 (type C)
board PCI: 4 ports USB 2.0

For around  500-525$

Now the deal is that i know about pc hardware but not for servers so i have no idea about the system , its any good?, is  worth the money? And if yes what gpu can i put in it ? cause i can take that system and wait around a month to buy an 1060 6 gb new or rx 580 8 gb

He also has a gtx 980 that he demands around 250 $ or so

If you can help it would mean a lot, thanks for your time :D

but lately i try to learn blender (3d modeling) at a friend pc ,cause my pc has an athlon x2 and gtx 750ti  so its impossible to do something more than chrome :)))

if you mainly gaming id probably just get a i5 or ryzen 5 instead.
