Ryzen 1800x Temp

I recently built a Ryzen 1800x build with a Kraken x62 AIO cooler. However, in the Cam software the temperature of the CPU is 60 on idle and 70-80 during loads. It is my first build so I don't know if I installed the cpu or AIO wrong or if its another issue. Also, the fans ramp up as well when its idle. 

Any ideas what the problem could be?

that's normal, ryzen has +20c on temp.

True but he could remount it just to make sure.

Download Ryzen Master from AMD's site.  The latest version shows the correct temperature, unfortunately you can't rely on just subtracting 20 degrees.

Why do they add 20 degrees? 

Thank you I can see my temps are mid 30s-40s idle.

However is there any way to deal with the fans ramping up?
