Which monitor to buy?

Hello, I'm on an extremely tight budget and was looking for decent 1440p monitors. Upgrading from a 20" 1050p monitor. Found this website called acer recertified that sells a good bit of them refurbished. The less I could pay the better. Any other suggestions more than welcome.

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).
