Review my build!

Alo, I'm a newbie on the forums but I've been watching LTT for a while now. 

I built my first PC just recently and I wanted some critique on it. It's really modest compared to what I've seen on these forums, but I'm proud of it

 

Case: Sentey BX1-4237 (4 Coolers)

Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming (SB950)

CPU: AMD FX-8350 

RAM: 2x 4GB Kingston Hyperx (1866mhz)

HDD: Western Digital - Caviar Black 2TB

SSD: S-ATA 120GB Kingston UV400

GPU: AMD Radeon RX-460 4GB (P4TFG5)

Monitor: Samsung LCD 20" (S20B300B) <--- I'm planning on improving here

 

Cost: ~$13.500 (ARS) // ~$840 (dollars)

 

Did I choose well? Is there a bottleneck I'm not seeing?

But it looks like a good first build to me! Just because it's old doesn't mean it'll stop working (I'm running a Sandy Bridge Pentium with DDR3 RAM).

if he got the FX for a steal, sure, but god is that an ancient piece of technology i wouldnt want to buy at shelf price

Honestly, you shouldn't pay more than $90 for an FX-8350.

I think lots of people get them as they're dirt cheap now. I probably would off if I hadn't been on this forum and geeking out over specs and tech news.

PSU? The FX chips can still be good when you push them, but they sure are power hungry.

Yeah, they are not bad, but you can get a Ryzen 5 1400 for only a bit more. This is why you shouldn't pay the full retail price for an FX-8350

No you can't... The 2600K on its own costs $80-100. But TBH, I wouldn't pay more than $70-80 for any FX CPU.

here in Sweden they go for $60, the RAM for $25 and you can usiually get one of them togethere with a motherboard. maybe Sweden just has massive inflation of Ivy Bridge

I used ebay for the prices. If you look locally, you can find some very good deals

FX here goes for loads though on the biggest site, people see 8 cores or 6 cores and high clock speeds and dont care about how good the CPU actiually is

I did get the FX new and I payed ~$185 dls. Why is it that bad?  

It's really hard to buy a Ryzen in Argentina (and if I do, the shipment cost gets really high)
