What do you intend to do with this build?

Get a cheaper motherboard and cooler and grab a i7-7700K instead.

The GTX 1080Ti FE is a blower-style card so it's going to run hotter and louder than your typical aftermarket card. Grab a GTX 1080Ti that uses a third-party open air cooler instead.

Lastly, the power supply could be better. Grab a EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G3 instead.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Don't get i5, get Ryzen 5/7 or i7

Why AIO, a good air cooler can perform almost the same with AIO at much lower price

Overkill mobo

Don't get FE card, runs hot and loud

Corsair CS PSU is overpriced, you can get a much better PSU for the same price

ryzen 1600, an i5 will bottleneck anything over a rx480/1060.

Practically any Z270 motherboard is fine since the VRMs on them should handle a i7-7700K well.

If you want to retain the "gamer" look of the Maximus, have a look at the STRIX Z270H.
