Pc freezes at random

My pc, as told in the title, freezes at random moment's in a state that even the light of the hhd shuts off and gaps/num lights too, the screen is frozen in the last image and the pc runs normally. I checked the web for solutions and similar problems and i applied but nothing, i formatted both hdd's and tried them seperated but still it frozes. 

 

2 month's ago i checked with memtest  for 16 hours just in case and everything went ok also the graphics card is 1 year old. I friend told me that psu might be the problem if not the ram.

 

Any ideas/suggestions someone? Please help.

i had a similar issue. turns out the psu could not handle the requirements of my hardware. u might want to get it checked. worst case try reseating all the hardware, cpu, ram, gpu, replug all the cables and try clearing your bios cmos. i found that fixed a similar problem on my girlfriends x58 system.

I have the pc for 7 year's and the problems only started recently, i will try clear my cmos as you said. Thank you for your suggestion.

I search in internet's calculations site about my rig and psu , it seems that i need more watts around1200w and i run my pc with 700w. Could this be the problem?
