Is it because of size?!

It's because of the quality of components. The EVGA W series is pretty low quality.

If saving a few dollars is worth risking the entirety of your system, then go for it. It's not my problem.

Is it good now?

If you switch the power supply out it looks good to me.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

When it comes to system builds regardless of what people say you've just got to go with your own preference because no matter what you pick someone will not like it or want to change it.

That's very true, however there are some things which are quantatitively better than others, and that is certainly true with a PSU -- and seeing as the PSU powers the entire system and has the potential to destroy everything, it's not really something you want to skimp out on and buy crap to save a few dollars.

There are a few other changes I would make as well, but at some point you have to let people do what they want. Condoning the use of a terrible PSU is not one of those things. I'd also go with a single 8gb stick of ram for easy upgradability in the future, I'd throw in a cheap 120gb ssd, I'd switch the an RX470/570, and I'd lose the fans.

Yeah, I understand I wasn't disagreeing with you. I have a Corsair PSU myself.

At first, I also wanted RX 580 but my budget is way over than intended.

The build would be fine with a 350W - 450W psu.

Seasonic has a number of "OEM" psu that are often available. SeaSonic SS-350ET Bronze for example. If these models are available you may want to consider one of them.

SeaSonic S12II 430B is a retail model and would also be a good choice.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Yes, you don't need to come to the forum and ask for advice at all. Just pick a random PC build and do it, done.
