The 1070 is far better than the RX 570 (unless you mean GTX 570, then that's an issue).

1070 is significantly more powerful, different performance bracket entirely. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

They are in completely different price segments . the 1070 , while considerably more powerful , costs nearly twice as much ...

Amd and Nvidia are different when naming cards based on their performance.

 

Gtx 1060 = rx 580

Gtx 1050 = rx 560

 

A 1070 is above a 1060, which is equal to a 580, and a 580 is stronger than a 570, so

 

1070 > 1060 = 580 > 570

 

Btw what is your budget? In the united states the cheapest 570s are under 200 while the cheapest 1070s are under 330. If u can afford the 1070, go for that
