ATI? You mean AMD right? ATI was a Canadian company that been bought by AMD few years ago.

Also that's not a monitor, that's a TV http://devanttv.com/product/dl541/

But yes you can play TW3 at 1080 with 60fps if settings turned down a bit (assuming you mean constant 60fps all the time not average 60fps)

I think op means AMD RX570 4gb version.

Unless he has an old ATI RV570 GPU but I don't think there was 4gb cards  produced back then

RX570 sure you should be good if your CPU isn't to old

RV570 GPU though, your sol honestly. Time for a new computer

TVs can be a bit weird when it comes to resolution...  I've seen a lot of them that use 1368X760 so be careful with that. As far as can your system run Wicher 3 at 1080p the answer to that is maybe.. your CPU is your bottleneck and depending on how CPU demanding the game is will depend on your FPS. I'd also recommend going with a monitor than a TV and if you cannot or won't go with a better TV.

Minimum requirements:
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or 64-bit Windows 8 (8.1). DirectX 11 is necessary to run the game.
Processor: Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz, AMD CPU Phenom II X4 940
Finding a Gaming CPUs performance chart and comparing one’s CPU with our minimum is suggested.
Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660 or AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870
Please mind that we only officially support full-size desktop graphics cards. Finding a graphics card performance hierarchy chart online and comparing one’s video card with our minimum is suggested.
RAM: 6GB
Disk space: 40 GB
.

Recommended requirements:

OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or 64-bit Windows 8 (8.1). DirectX 11 is necessary to run the game.
Processor: Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3,4 GHz, AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz
Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770 or AMD GPU Radeon R9 290
RAM: 6GB

ty for that info sir...yeah as of right now I have no funds to buy a new monitor yet...I was aiming for a console like setup using that tv as a monitor to play games. I don't mind turning down a few settings as long as I can get tha 1080p resolution with consistent fps at 60.

Like I said in your original post...... Your CPU is a big bottleneck for you and It wouldn't  hurt to try for 16GB of ram.

ty for that sir...I would upgrade that in the future both cpu and ram will be aiming for an i5 and another 8GB of ram...but just to make sure my monitor can handle that resolution right? without any problems such as input lag and other tv display issue?
