I am looking for a low budget graphics card mainly for video production; I am wondering with one of the two is a better one.

Go with the Salem 1692 with 8 GigaToads of RAM.  Don't forget to install the Black Magic software suite.

Thought he said M4000 for a moment, but than I realised what OP actually said. 1050ti is better, but could look at the 570 for a little more if possible (Depending if the program utilises Cuda well).

Depends on if the program will utilize the GPU or not, stuff like Windows Movie Maker won't for example

I would say go for the 1050ti so you can also do some gaming sometimes

I'd go for the 1050 ti for video production. Don't get an rx 570 which @rn8686 recommended because software such as premiere pro favours cuda cores and Nvidia in general. Unless you have another editing software in mind.

I expected a user review of a seriously mean graphics card when I first read the topic :D

 

AFor video production, I suggest the RX470 8GB card. Only Sapphire produced them as far as I know so they are rare, but gives a lot of VRAM, just in case its needed. RX480 8GB if you cant find one
