Windows Search not working

Hey everyone,

 

so recently, I can't search fo stuff on my Windows 10 laptop anymore. I ran a troubleshooter for search and indexing, and it told me:

Quote

SearchProtocolHost.exe has failed recently

Please check Security and Maintenance for possible solutions to this problem.

So... I can't find Security and Maintenance (because search is broken), so could someone help me? Maybe offer a solution other than "yah well look over there, maybe there's something" like Windows did?

EDIT:

So I restarted (which I had done before, obviously) and it "got Windows ready", and now it works. So... cool?
