Basically the new ''sweetspot'' for SSD's

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BQ8RM1A/?tag=pcpapi-20

As we al know crucial is one of the best and most reliable in the SSD ''game'' the legendary M4 is one of the mostly used and best regarded SSD out there.

Some benchmarks on the m500 : http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/5600/crucial-m500-240gb-ssd-review/index8.html

I quite frankly think the 840 EVO SSD by Samsung is more of a sweetspot and much more worth the money, my opinion though, great work SSOB! :)

Could be , The 840 EVO however is more expensive and doesn't really perform any better ( Maybe a few points in synthetic benchmarks but those aren't really a good test for a SSD IMO.)

Yeah, I just LOVE the software that comes with Samsung's SSDs.  Although I would also say the Adata Premier pro 128GB SSD is best bang for your buck as well... especially since it comes with migration software and I'm pretty sure a adapter for your pc as well. Pretty sweet! I'm still all for Samsung though ^_^

True , the Software that comes with the samsung SSD's is amazing. However the firmware crucial develops is unbeatable. Stable SSD's that have rock solid performance.

yeah, the problem I have mostly is people and their jealousy.  I have a friend who yelled at me saying Crucial drives always light of fire...  however jealousy really ruins the recommending system.  You've made a great choice and I highly respect that.  It is our job on the forum to have a totally un-biased opinion no matter what and to bring the same help and support to others that Linus and brought to us.  And btw, how do you change your description (the writing above your user picture)

I also wanted to ask, whats the best SSD drive you think is around, not for the best for your buck... the best?

I wish I could get a 240GB SSD, but they're just too damn expensive for me. I'll probably get a 120GB one and then another one in the future. 240GB is nessecary, I want to have all my currently played games on there. Games can be up to 50GB!

I personally don't enjoy 9-string guitars, but that doesn't change the fact that they look awesome as hell!
