Disable fan off @ idle, or create a nice custom curve

Hey guys, ive had this annoying problem (for myself) with my RX 480, as the Auto fan mode is really annoying for me as it likes to turn the fans off @ idle rising the card to 55c and being really really hot to the touch, and being really lazy in the curve with the gpu sitting @ 81-85c while gaming with the fans arround 30-40%, thing is, that i really, dont want to get it near to 80c (whats the point of having a massive cooler then), i really dont care about noise i manually crank the fans to 65% and the gpu stays @ 70c on demanding games, can anyone with knowledge of wattman help me create a custom profile for the fans to ram from 20% @ idle to 65% fan speed when it reaches arround 70c

Crank up that fan speed, the power color 480s are not good for cooling.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious
