It's tolerable, I wouldn't run anything mid to high end on it, but there are worse psus.

It is usable. But don't try and load a lot of wattage on it. I have a 500W power supply that also looks sketchy and according to reviews on HardwareInsights, it can really only output 300W.

A low power workstation build, sure. Just about anything this side of Logisys can support a G4560/GT 730 setup. I wouldn't try to run anything substantial or demanding on it.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
