Any suggestions for my future build? Anything is welcome!

Looking for suggestions/improvements i can make on my future build. Anything is welcome and the budget for the computer is about $1000, could extend to $1100.

Kind of have a black//purple theme going on here. Hints of Blue.

What do you plan on doing with the build? Gaming, productivity, streaming etc?

you could get a cheap windows license from kinguin or the microsoftsoftwareswap reddit...or just use win 10 without a license since it doesn't actually require one...

Ssd meh, would get 1600 instead, and psu meh. Also consider 580.

OP, you said budget is $1000-$1100 but your build is $1500, just wondering why.

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

1. CPU cooler mediocre

2. Why not 16GB RAM?

3. SSD mediocre

4. Why not RX 480/580 8GB at a lower price yet similar performance with GTX 1060 6GB

5. PSU mediocre

6. Get cheap Windows from Kinguin as mentioned above

If you don't mind having a watermark and not being able to customize the looks of a few things, you don't actually need a windows product key for windows 10.

If you don't want the rgb and slightly better performance, and would rather save $50 you could get this 1070 instead.

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4fyxFT/zotac-geforce-gtx-1070-8gb-mini-video-card-zt-p10700g-10m

Also, ya might want to consider a 580 instead and get a freesync monitor, especially since a 1070 is a bit overkill for 1080p 60 hz.
