CPU and GPU fans not spinning anymore

Help everything was working outside of the case i then installed it into the case and now the cpu and gpu fans dont spin anymore, changed cpu fan and it doesnt work still

Did you short out any parts with static electricity?

Found out it was a number of loose connections
