To them UK boys.

 

Is there a place where can i get it over the counter? in UK(Suffolk)

Asking cuz i took a day off and i want upgrade my pc with mah new gpu and an extra 8gb or ram.

Dusting  it off, new thermal paste, fresh windows install. You know the drill.

If not, i'll try to find the good old fashioned isopropyl 99% in some drug store.

They sell it in Scan, though Bolton may be a bit far from where you are :P

God damn it, i just got back from a little trip around Brandon, Thetford. Every pharmacy i visited told me, i need a permission to buy such a chemical (isopropyl alcohol - facepalm) so i ended up with surgical spirit. I don't wanna wait till thursday to get the arcticlean one. Oh well.

I think Maplin sells Isopropyl alcohol. Also noticed they sell Akasa AK-MX004 Thermal Compound and Heatsink Cleaner Kit
