HP Envy TouchSmart 15 Black screen

Hello, 

I have an Hp Envy TouchSmart 15 (15-j184na) and after a windows installation, on one of its reboots, the laptops screen doesn't come on, the fans and hdd run but nothing on the screen. 

The Caps Lock key started flashing twice and hp support said it is a bios error. I tried flashing the bios with an usb drive but nothing, I took the CMOS battery out and still nothing.

Now the caps lock key dosen't flash anymore. I tried an external monitor to see if it is the display and still nothing.

If you have any suggestions on where to go from here please let me know.

Do you still have the receipt, check the return policy and if it's still within the warranty period, return it.
