Most of the time, PC will be only use for work and study, so I'm not sure if i should build a mid-range PC for now, or maybe build a cheaper one and leave room for upgrade for the future.

Thank you for the information, but doesn't 1600 comes with a fan?? As for the X370 motherboard, can be use in future upgrade?

better cooling for overclocking, yes x370 is better with better overclocking support, also has SLI support.
