Does asus prime x370 get along with kingston hyperx 16gb?

I'm looking to buy this stick

HyperX 16GB DDR4 - 2133 CL14 288 HyperX Fury Black

and I can't find it on supported vendors list. All I can find is support to 8gb and 4gb sticks...

Can I overclock in the future?

You can't make it further 2133. So it will only run at 2133. You only need to OC it reaches beyond 2666

Also I would suggest higher ram speed as Ryzen gets a signifcant boost but make sure it is compatible as some high speed RAM might not able to reach that speed. The one you picked will work fine however as it isn't that high speed
