Cheap ebay KVM switch trust worthy?

I've got a little ghetto "server corner" in the storage room consisting of a PFSense router and 2 q6600 machines I use to host game servers. It works just fine because I can just teamviewer into the servers and use the browser config for PFsense. It'd still be cool to physically control the systems though, so I want a KVM switch to do this neatly. I found this switch for 23$ on ebay from a pretty highly rated seller, but it just seems a little too good to be true.
